The goal of this service is to reduce pain, improve function, and heal injuries.  Depending on your diagnosis, we will use a variety of massage techniques to manipulate muscles and soft tissue. Conditions that we can work with  include chronic pain, injuries, post-surgical recovery, whiplash, herniated discs, sciatica, scoliosis, headaches, back pain, muscle sprains, circulatory issues, inflammation, swelling and edema, range of motion and flexibility issues, and more. Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. It is often used to relieve pain, improve range of motion, and reduce tension and inflammation resulting from a variety of  causes.  Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, muscle stripping, and neuromuscular therapy are all used in deep tissue massage.

Sports massage is designed to focus on specific muscles groups that are routinely used in athletics or daily repetitive motions. It is especially helpful for people who push their bodies for performance, as it focus on the areas that are most used and stressed during physical activities. This treatment uses  variety of different massage techniques, stretching, active and passive range of motion modalities, assisted exercise, instrument assisted modalities, and kinesiology taping.

Lymphatic drainage massage, also called manual lymphatic drainage (MLD),  relieve swelling by moving fluid from your tissues to your functioning lymph vessels and lymph nodes. Lymphatic  drainage is a common therapy for swelling  as a result of surgery, infection, trauma and disease. Using lymphatic drainage techniques may have a temporary trimming effect and increase muscle definition because it helps move fluid through the body.

Massage therapy for post surgical and injury scarring  is a treatment that includes assorted levels of manual, soft tissue manipulation to help reduce scar tissue visibility, prevent the scar from becoming hard and raised, and to prevent it from sticking to the underlying tissues including muscles and bones, which can limit movement. This service includes specialized topical products and scar tape.

This treatment aims to find the root cause of plantar fasciitis and help alleviate pain through proper therapeutic modalities.

There are multiple nerve compressions areas that can cause these sensations and we will assess your circumstances and help alleviate your symptoms with the appropriate therapeutic treatments.
